FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIOINS

What am I getting myself into?

At Studio 1024, we prioritize alignment to help you move better and improve your posture. Our expert instructors provide hands-on training and education to increase your awareness of proper form and technique. You can expect a personalized experience in our group class setting, where you'll receive individual attention and modifications to help you feel successful and challenged in your workout.

Whatever shall I wear?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely, but not too loose that your instructor can't see your awesome moves. And don't forget your socks! We've got you covered with a plethora of grip socks available for purchase at the studio. Let's get our barre on and show off those moves.

Do I need to bring my own gear?

Bring your beautiful self, a big smile, and a curious attitude! We'll take care of the rest. We provide mats, props, and even have a Flow Water station  to keep you hydrated with your refillable water bottle. And don't forget your dancing shoes (aka grip socks), but if you forget them, we've got you covered with plenty to purchase in-studio.

Can I arrive fashionably late?

For your first class we recommend getting to the party 15 minutes early. This gives you a chance to meet your instructor, check out our studio, sign waivers, discuss any injuries and ask any questions. Our friendly staff is here to make sure your first visit is absolutely epic.

Is it OK if I’m pregnant?

Our workout is perfect for expecting and new mothers! With slight modifications, this class provides a thorough and effective workout that will leave you feeling your best. As always, we want to make sure you and your baby are safe, so we require a written consent from your doctor stating that you are cleared for core strengthening exercises.
