Workshop Goals:

  • Teach foundational pelvic floor and core anatomy

  • Demonstrate how to actually engage your core and pelvic floor

  • Explain kegels (and why they’re often misunderstood)

  • Share practical tools you can use in real life — from lifting your baby to dealing with symptoms like leaking or back pain

We’ll cover common but treatable postpartum symptoms such as:

  • Leaking when sneezing, running, or jumping

  • Pelvic pressure or prolapse

  • Hip, SI joint, and back pain

  • Constipation or hemorrhoids

  • Pain with sex or tailbone pain

  • Core weakness or C-section recovery challenges

  • Overactive bladder and frequent urination

This workshop is interactive, real, and empowering — you’ll walk away with a better understanding of your body and how to support your healing.
