Workshop Goals:
Teach foundational pelvic floor and core anatomy
Demonstrate how to actually engage your core and pelvic floor
Explain kegels (and why they’re often misunderstood)
Share practical tools you can use in real life — from lifting your baby to dealing with symptoms like leaking or back pain
We’ll cover common but treatable postpartum symptoms such as:
Leaking when sneezing, running, or jumping
Pelvic pressure or prolapse
Hip, SI joint, and back pain
Constipation or hemorrhoids
Pain with sex or tailbone pain
Core weakness or C-section recovery challenges
Overactive bladder and frequent urination
This workshop is interactive, real, and empowering — you’ll walk away with a better understanding of your body and how to support your healing.
